Ecuador stradles the equator and is packed with phenomenal sights including the Andes mountains the Amazon jungle and, of course, the Galapagos Islands.
Getting to/from
We were scheduled to fly from Toronto, Canada to Miami, USA (3h 27m) and then on to Quito, Ecuador (4h 8m). That didn’t happen but we still managed to get there before our tour to Galapagos Islands left.
There are direct flights from New York, Miami and Houston in the United States all flights from Canada are connecting.
