Chile is a long skinny country that is full of diversity. We were drawn to the sun and sand of the port cities, the condors in the Andes and of course the remote island of Rapa Nui (Easter Island).
Getting to/from
We flew from Toronto, Canada to Miami, USA (3h 13m) and then on to Santiago, Chile (8h 15m). When leaving we flew from Easter Island, Chile to Lima, Peru. We were supposed to fly to New York then on to Toronto but that didn’t happen. Instead we were hopped a flight to Miami then Toronto.
There are direct flights from Toronto, Canada and most of the major airports in the United States.
